STOK Ski School Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions
 
1.1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for granting and using the Loyalty Card (hereinafter the “Card”).

1.2. The owner and issuer of the Card is MACIEJ KOLASA SZKOŁA NARCIARSKA “STOK” SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA, with its registered office at ul. Antałówka 3, 34-500 Zakopane (hereinafter the “STOK School”).

1.3. Our Loyalty Card rewards clients who value quality service with better prices and exclusive benefits.

2. Getting and using your Card
 
2.1. The Loyalty Card is available to any Client after purchasing at least 40 training hours of instruction during one winter season.

2.2. To receive the Card, the application form (Annex no. 1 to these Terms and Conditions) must be completed and signed. The Card is collected in person at the STOK Office. 

2.3. The holder of the Loyalty Card may use a permanent discount of 12% on private lessons. The discount cannot be combined with the prices of the 10+ and 20+ packages and Happy Hours, and does not cover other services and products offered by the STOK School except for private lessons. 

2.4. Discounts arising from holding the Card are not combined with other promotions and reductions addressed to all Clients. The holder of the Card has the right to choose the more favourable option.

2.5. The discount is calculated in accordance with the prices resulting from the price list in force at the time of performance of the service. 

2.6. The Card is valid for an indefinite period, unless it is cancelled by the STOK School for reasons specified in these Terms and Conditions. 

2.7. The Card has its own individual number assigned to the Client – the right to discounts and other privileges may not be transferred to other persons. STOK is entitled to verify the entitlement of the person using the Card. The Card may be used after positive verification of the entitlement of the person using the Card (i.e. against the data provided in the application form). 

2.8. A condition for obtaining the discount is to present the Card before the service is performed. To use the discount, the Card must be presented (the intention to use the discount must be communicated) before making payment. In the case of online payment, the discount will be taken into account after submitting an appropriate instruction when making the Booking (the discount arising from the Card is not calculated automatically).

2.9. We may block or cancel Cards if: 

• used not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; 

• used by an unauthorised person.

3. Card replacement
 
3.1. Existing card holders must get new cards between 15 November 2024 and 31 March 2025. 

3.2. To replace your Card: 

• read new Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions; 

• confirm acceptance by email or our Customer Service Office. 

3.3. Replacement is free. 

3.4. We'll issue your new Card once you've completed the above.

4. Privacy policy
 
4.1. The controller of the personal data of Card holders is the STOK Ski School. The data are processed in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular the GDPR.

4.2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of performing the services arising from these Terms and Conditions and for marketing purposes, with the Client’s consent.

4.3. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available at
www.szkolastok.pl.

5. Final provisions
 
5.1. These Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions apply from 15 November 2024. 

5.2. We may update these Terms and Conditions. The Current version is available at the Customer Service Office and
www.szkolastok.pl. 

5.3. Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their announcement.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

  1. Can I lend my Loyalty Card to someone else? 
    No, Cards are personal and non-transferable. 
  2. What if I lose my Card? 
    Report lost, damaged or stolen Cards to our office for a replacement. 
  3. Does my Card expire? 
    No, Loyalty Cards don't expire. 
  4. Can I combine my Card with other offers? 
    No, but you can always choose whichever option saves you more.
